User ID's are considered Unique. This means that if you are trying to register an existing User ID you will get an error message. If you get the error message please start by checking your details, and if they are correct try a different user id.

The fields with an asterix "*" beside them, are fields you must fill in before being able to register.

*User Id: You choose your own user id. It must be in lowercase (no capital letters) from 1 - 10 characters in length. A user id is required for you to buy a crystal, use our msg boards, enter our chat rooms or have a special request crystal assigned for you to look at. Please note: anytime you visit majestic quartz to buy crystals, chat or use the msg boards, you need only click on the "login here" button (located on our navigation menu) it takes you to a page where you put your userid and password in. Then click the "login to majestic quartz" button, You are then ready for action, no matter what internet enabled computer you are using!

*Password: Choose a password to protect your personal details. It may be 1 to 10 characters long. At least 5 characters is recommended.

*Verify Password: This field is to reconfirm your password.

*Full Name: This is the name we use for shipping and billing purposes. Please note: Majestic Quartz Do not give out or sell your personal information.

Company: This field is for when you may want a crystal sent care of your workplace.

*Shipping Address, City, State, Postal Code and *Country fields are used for your order shipping address. Please note, if you are registering to use the chat and message boards only, feel free to put N/A in the address field.

* Default Payment Method: This is the method (unless told otherwise) our system will use to bill you.

E-mail Address: Supply your e-mail address here. Our system will e-mail your order confirmations and status using this address.

Home#: For larger orders we are sometimes required to put contact phone numbers on the shipping slip.

Work#: For larger orders being delivered to your work address, we are sometimes required to put contact phone numbers on the shipping slip.

Fax#: Used for those that may want us to fax them.

Credit Card Number: Paying by credit card? Put your credit card numbers in these fields. Please do not use spaces or dashes between the digits. If you use multiple cards, our purchase page gives you an option of selecting one of 4 different card numbers.

After filling your relevant fields, click on the Register button located at both the top and bottom of the form. Please Note: If you get a "Error Occurred" msg upon clicking register, it means someone else already uses that userid, try another userid upon clicking the "back" button.
