First you need to Register With Majestic Quartz. You need only do this once. There is a "Registration" button on the Majestic Quartz Navigation bar linking you to the form. There is also a link to the registration form from the purchase page, alternatively, You may register here

Majestic Quartz displays crystals split into sections of 9 crystals/photos per page. (Sections can have up to 3 pages of nine crystals each) Clicking on any of the 9 crystal photos will take you to a webpage displaying more detailed photos with description and weight, height and pricing details.

When you find a crystal you would like to purchase, Click on the the gray "purchase" button at the top left and alternatively at the center bottom of each crystal page. This will take you to the Purchase page for that crystal.

On the Purchase Page you will see a photo of the crystal to be purchased. Put your User Id and Password in the fields supplied and click the "Buy Me Now" button to add the crystal to your cart.

You will then be automatically redirected back to the same crystal section. A Sold sign will be placed on the crystal you have just bought.

To complete the order click on the "Cart/Checkout" button and follow the "View Shopping Cart/CHECKOUT" Link. When you are ready to check out your Shopping cart, make sure the correct method of payment box is ticked (and Card to use if multiple credit cards are registered) then Click on the "Check Out " button placed both below the order total and at the top right of the Shopping cart. A MSG will then come up as XXXXXXXXXXXXX and you will be taken back to Majestic Quartz. Majestic Quartz will then pack and send your order to you.

Additional useful information

To view the contents of your cart, click on the view cart button. You will see thumbnail photos of your order. These are clickable and will once again show you the enlarged photos and crystal dimensions.

As You add more crystals, the freight will auto-calculate for you.

You may add crystals to a cart for up to 24 hours before clicking on checkout to complete your order. Existing Majestic Quartz customers can request via E-mail to have 2 week expiry carts assigned to their user id.

Majestic Quartz does not charge for packaging materials.

You may use your User Id and Password to logon to Majestic Quartz and purchase crystals from any Internet linked computer at any time.

We recommend you click on the login button as soon as you soon as you reach the site, this way you will see the hot off the press bulletin messages Majestic Quartz has posted on your Members page..

If for any reasonable reason you want to return your crystal, you must contact us via E-mail or phone within 3 days of receiving the crystal. We will then issue a return authorization code.

The return Crystal must be accompanied by a return authorization number, in original condition, and in the original packaging, with the appropriate insurance via your local carrier.
